Will pre cum get you pregnant?? Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on the 22nd and my period is 4 days late now. He told me that he pulled out every time he had to cum but i still feel like the there was still some pre cum that got in me. I’m low key scared please help I’ve been having cramps and my stomach hurts. What should i do at this point??

Yes pre cum can get you pregnant but you wouldn’t be pregnant that soon after sex.

A lot of people are uninformed on how and why precum could have the potential to get you pregnant. It is not entirely true. I’ll preface by saying that if you are trying to not get pregnant, and feel as though you are not prepared to safely practice pullout method, the best thing to do is use condoms. That being said, the only way precum can get you pregnant is if the man had recently ejaculated and has not peed since to clear his urethra of any sperm. The clear fluid that comes out of a penis before ejaculation naturally contains no sperm. It only may contain sperm if there were already sperm present that could be carried out. So, a good way to be safe with the pullout method is to ensure he has not recently ejaculated and has peed prior to sex. I have been doing the pull out method effectively for over 2 years. However, I still recommend condoms unless you are prepared to do the necessary research and planning that needs to go along with practicing pull out. Of course everyone always says “oh I did pullout method for 5 years and then got pregnant so no it’s not safe”, but with that logic then no BC is safe as they all still have a risk of pregnancy. If done correctly, pull out has 94%+ success rate. (Although there are many contributing factors to getting pregnant and having birth control fail so no statistic on its effectiveness is completely accurate)

Pre cum can get you pregnant for sure, however it takes longer to get pregnant than this. To me, it sounds like you are having PMS at the moment, hence the pain etc. Having a period overdue by 7 days or less shouldn’t be a worry as that’s relatively normal. It could be that you’re stressing as to why you’re late. I was once 2 weeks late before I went to have a pregnancy test done. It was negative and I was told it was stress related. Ended up getting my period 3 weeks late. It happens. Try to relax.
