My whole family bullies me. They tell me I’m ugly and that I have no friends because no one likes me not even anyone in the family.

It’s not in a playful family way either. It’s condescending.

I know what others say should not define who I am, but when you constantly hear someone call you ugly and no one likes you and that your own family doesn’t even. You start to believe it.

I feel like my self-esteem is really broken from the name calling/bullying my family has done to me.

How do I help myself?

If I remove myself from my family I really have no one...I don’t have friends. Just my boyfriend. ☹️
