Ladies my husband and I want to start saving up for a house but with the rent being so high plus bills we have nothing left to save. Well his mom just bought a house with her husband and 3 sons. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a game room. Well we were thinking about living with her for a year because if we do we can save up to 20,000 in a year for a house downpayment. What are y’all thoughts about moving in with someone to save? The thing that will suck is no privacy for a year but at the end it’ll be worth it to have our own house and not have to rent an apartment. We will most likely stay in the game room if she says yes because I’ll feel bad taking one of the brothers room.
