Ive been diagnosed recently with mild endometriosis and PCOS( anovulatory cycles) We ve already tried IUI and didnt work! my doc recommends a surgery for endometriosis. Any similar cases, any advices? Im 28 and ttc for 2 years!! my last option is IVF ..
