UPDATE: Can you guys see any difference?

Update: I’ve been trying to go to the gym more in the mornings and make better food choices. Looking back to where I started really helps me to see a difference. Also, I know I have a flat ass, it’s a work in progress 😂🥞 need to do more squats!
