On my first home! I’m a brand new real estate agent, and I’ve only (so far), helped one family find their dream home, so I was nervous in my ability to write up a contract that benefited us and was accurate and legally sufficient. I’m waiting to hear back on the offer, so fingers crossed for me that it’s accepted! 🤞🏻

Update: I am very scared to check my email. I have 10 right now, and I don’t want to check because I feel like they’ve responded and I am so nervous!
