Random breastfeeding question.
Ive just been reading a lot on the benefits of breast milk for baby and it just got me thinking.. Even tho breast milk has all these antibodies to help baby from being sick giving them a better immune system than other babies.. Does it change if the mother is eating a not so healthy diet.. Does it change the quality of her milk maybe not giving off antibodies for better immune system.. 🤔🤔🤔🤔I literally was just thinking about this.
