Reflux/heartburn help?!

4 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my first! (Yay!) I have a hiatal hernia and heartburn and reflux due to that already. I took meds for it everyday but now I can't. I can hardly sleep now! Anyone have any suggestions or tips?

Check with your doc. I switched prescriptions before I got pregnant so I wouldn't have to stop.

You can take your reflux meds. I've had to stay on mine or else I can't function.
