Bleeding after sex(cont'd)

I posted on Thursday night that I had protected sex with my SO and it was a little more rough than usual. Sorry for tmi but afterwards I had quite a bit of bleeding and was freaked out. I'm not pregnant, but I do have very irregular periods. I've been bleeding since then and thought it might just be unexpected AF, but now I'm starting to worry because usually with AF there is some tissue/lining that comes out, and I haven't had anything like that just blood. So idk if it's AF or if I'm bleeding because of the sex and haven't stopped. I'm kind of freaked out. Can anyone help? Should I be worried? Or am I freaking myself out?
