So I’m a smoker, I’ve quit since being pregnant but will once again after baby is here. My state just legalized marijuana medically and I’m going to get my medical card once they start giving them out. My question is my job hired me on the policy of a drug free workplace and when I drug tested of course THC was on the list but if I have my medical card and for some reason they did a random drug screening like they do, can you be fired if you have a medical card?
