Is $1,000 a lot for a romantic weekend?

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Two night stay and a massage for my husband and I. I definitely need a mini vacation but it's a lot of money 😬 it would only be Friday to Sunday

If it's something you're really looking forward to and it's something that happens on occasion, I say go for it! No one said you have to spend the whole $1,000. Whenever I go away, I always bring a little more than I need because who knows if you may actually need it. Bring the $1,000 and enjoy your time (:

To have a relaxing spa type weekend $1k is unfortunately not a lot to spend. I am sure if you prepaid a few things it may not seem as steep.

I always say take more than enough because you just never know what can happen. I'd rather be over prepared then under. If you have it then take it. If you don't use it all save the rest for another vaca or date nights.

My husband and I took our honeymoon to gatlinsburg and pigeon forge Sunday through Tuesday. Our 2 night stay in a hotel, 2 tickets to the titanic museum and 2 tickets to they Ripley's aquarium was $200. We spent $100 on additional food, $150 on additional attractions and souvenirs and about $100 on gas. Shit my wedding only cost $1,000 and that was including my vacation bundle (not the extras)

I voted yes but I guess it all depends on where you're going and if you have the money in your budget to spend. That would be a lot of money for us but I have no idea of your financial situation. But have fun!!
