Pretty Bad Birth Control Symptoms...help😔

So I started Sprintec (The Pill) a week after my period. I just finished my period when I started it.

I haven’t missed a dosage, and my fiancé and I didn’t have unprotected sex with him finishing inside me until 7 pills were taken.

I now just started my last week of active pills and the last week or so have been kinda rough.

Really sore breasts, light pink spotting, kinda moody, and some light cramping once in a great while.

Any tips? I couldn’t be pregnant...just need some help!
