My Mirena ruined me.
I've had 2 mirenas for a total of 7 years. I had the second one removed after it expired in May and I've been TTC ever since. I finally got pregnant in Aug's cycle (4th) only to miscarry a week after I found out. Since my cycles haven't lasted longer than 3 days and they stay so light, I suspect my lining is too thin to support a healthy pregnancy. Even my miscarriage only lasted 3 days which is so much lighter than the cycles I had before I conceived my first 2 children. My doc said I can start trying again when my hormones go back to zero but I'm scared that if I get pregnant again this cycle or until my cycles get heavier then the same thing will keep happening. :(
