First can you please post your bedtime routine and times?

Has anyone used a white noise machine?

I’m not sure if I’m supposed to be doing this at his age but i am still rocking my toddler to sleep with a bottle. He does fall asleep but as soon as I lay him in his crib he wakes up. When he wakes up I just turn on his mobile and close his door and he cries for about 5-10 min before falling back asleep. What am I doing wrong and what can I do differently? He is also a very light sleeper and I hate having to tiptoe around the house hoping he won’t hear me. I feel like a prisoner in my home while he’s asleep!
