MY ASSHOLE IS SO TORN

So i took a laxative and had a massive bathroom break about two weeks ago. It tore my butt hole and two weeks later, the wound has only gotten bigger. It bleeds and burns anytime i poop or pee and it’s been TWO WEEKS. I also have a yeast infection this week. I got petroleum jelly to put on my butt, but it hasn’t helped any. :/ HELP LMAO
