Early symptoms???

I’m currently 7 DPO, I’m having severe back pain, this almost got feeling in the back of my throat, almost like a stinging in my nipples, light headed, extremely dizzy when having BM. Has this happened to anyone? I know 7 DPO is still early but I figured I’d ask bc this is not normal for my body 😂
