Hey.. So I have a huge problem with my time of the month! 😢 The flow is so heavy, dark and clots. My tummy and back gets terribly painful that sometimes I get very bad hot flashes and so nauseous! 🤮

Problem is, I don't wanna go on the pill / injection as I really wanna try start a family. ♥ I have to change like 6times a day (wearing double - as it might leak) and also not to let it smell and feel all gross!

Please! No rude comments. I will see a Dr next week about this.
