I got my bfp a couple days ago and yesterday I started to spot when in the ER

Just to make sure things are okay play it safe cause I’ve had two previous miscarriages

The doctor told me my hcg level is at 28 and I’m around 2 weeks but they didn’t see no gestational sac

He also told me I could be having a chemical pregnancy just to play the waiting game to see if I get my period witch I’m not supposed to get til May 4

Has anything like this happen to anyone of y’all before please I need some hope
