Anyone get hemorrhoids in the 3rd trimester? ?

If YES can you please give me some advice on how to get rid of them..
It's external and extremely uncomfortable. I do not have a bathtub so I can not soak in water only a shower and I have put hemorrhoid cream on it for the past 2 days and it's not gone away at all its not really itchy just painful.. help me!!

Prep h suppository!! It’ll push it back in when you use it! Morning and night for two to three days and mine resolves....but of course does come back every once and a while. Also tucks witch hazel wipes! I use those every day after #2

I think you are pretty much stuck with them until after delivery. If you dont have a tub, order a sitz bath on amazon or get one from the pharmacy. Epsom salt and hot water is the best thing for them! I’m at 40+2, developed hemorrhoids at 32 weeks...cannot wait for it to be over!!

Prep h, LOTS and LOTS of water! Most of the time it's more from having to push harder when you poop, but sometimes it's just the pressure and there's not much you can do to get rid of them. Just prep h, witch hazel pads, and try and sit as little as possible to keep them from bugging you.

Take a bath, not a full bath but warm water for about 15 minutes. 
I had one of the little basin things for the toilet (you can get them at a medical supply store) id fill it with warm water and witch hazel. 10 minutes Then I’d dry off, use the suppositories and cream. Definitely wear a pad.

So far nothing is really helping with mine. I think getting the baby out will be the only thing that really helps. I used everything I can but it’s still there and it’s annoying grrrrr!!!
