Pre-term labor ????

Ok ladies. I am 34 weeks and 2 days! Last night I started feeling nauseous. Well I went to bed. Woke up with the worse abdomen pain, sharp. It would come and go . My back is killing me, and I have diarrhea. Could I be going into labor? I have had no leaking or blood though.

The other day, I had tightening sharp pain, then diarrhea, then vomiting everything I had that day.
I'm still on and off with the diarrhea a few days later so I think I just picked up a stomach bug. 
Dehydration = Braxton Hicks. 
Pregnancy is getting really fun in the third trimester. 🤮

Sweetie, use your gut instinct. I know you are seeking opinions/ advice... but every pregnancy (including pains, pre term labor, contractions, labor etc) differs. If in doubt definitely call your OB, if they are closed call the hospital- if your in a ton of pain go into the hospital. 
There are plenty of stories on this board where a mother didn’t go in and was indeed in labor- some went in with what ‘others’ thought it was a ‘drink water and lay of left side’ type ordeal and was in labor and gave birth the same day. I say all this to say, trust your instinct, not a board that has different experiences- good luck on whatever you decide 💕

If you feel ‘off,’ I would go in just to be safe. I had no idea I was in labor with my last pregnancy (although everyone assured me I would know) and only went in because I didn’t feel right. Thankful that I did because I was 4cm dilated! Trust your gut.

I have the same thing the last 2 days. Yesterday I ate saltines and drank lots of water and it seems to be getting better.

No doesn’t sound like it at all. 
I’m 34+3 weeks and going through the same pains as baby is getting bigger and moving around isn’t as easy any more! This is my second pregnancy and this is was happened with my son around the end of pregnancy. Last trimester is full of pain and aches and Braxton hicks

Use an app to time the pains and see how long they are/how far apart they are. 
If you’re concerned, call your OB.
