Loose bowels

Sorry this is a bit TMI but has anyone had diarrhoea as an early labour sign? My stomach has been a bit off for the past few days but I feel fine in myself no fever and I can still eat. I’ve read that it can be an early labour sign but don’t know how true it is? I’m just over 36 weeks pregnant.
