When to BD?

So when would you BD? We can BD 2 days in a row but I want his sperm to build back up. We were going to stick to every other day this cycle but just looking for opinions. My opk the last few months have been positive/peak on CD 15 and still high on CD 16.

Here is this month.

No peak yet. Should we skip today? And BD the next two days? Or stick to every other day?

Also, should I start testing twice a day now??
