Short luteal phase after stopping the pill?

I just stopped the pill last month, ovulated on CD 19 and got my period 6 days later. Should I be concerned with such a short luteal phase or is this just what can happen after stopping birth control?

Any help or advice is much appreciated!!

I took b6 and b12 for my short luteal phase. I took 100mg of b6. But my was only 9 to 10 days and the month I took it I got pregnant :)

Any luteal fase shorter then 9 days is considered a serious problem. But in your case it really isn't . Your body has been programmed by pills for a long long time and it's just confused in what it's supposed to do! Time will make all better. Consider giving yourself 3 more months before heading to a specialist. You will be okay!

I stared taking vitex,geritol, maca root, b complex, and vitamin d, I know sounds like. Lot but I believe it's helping my last luteal phase was 6 days and the one before it was 10 and the one before that was 7. I'm cd 9 and already having fertile cm and started getting high fertility yesterday on digital o test and on my non digital o test the test line is starting to take more color so I hope to ovulate by cd 11-14 on a 28 days cycle.
