He is just so precious, weighing 7.05 pounds (3.2kg). Labour was induced and unfortunately they were unable to insert an epidural for me after 3 tries and 40 mins but in the end I was already fully dilated so we just got to the pushing, a quick birth of about 5 hours total with just a small episiotomy. Frankie came into the world screaming and has been feeding well, already gave me a shower with his first nappy change 😂 and is going really well. We had a lot of stress and worry about our little guy because he has a type of brain tumor called a lipoma and we still don’t know if he will have learning difficulties down the track but so far he seems perfectly content and we are so grateful for his safe arrival into the world!
