Lower back pain-early pregnancy sign???

I have had awful lower back pain for two days and my period is not supposed to start for a week. Could this possibly be a sign of early pregnancy?

Me too but it could just be the crazy busy weekend I had? Trying not to read too much into any symptoms since I have never been preggers before and I have no idea what to expect lol. Good luck to all!
