Does it get easier? @ what age

Question

My baby is crabby these days, sometimes it’s hard to know what he wants. I try to give him his bottle, won’t take it. Soother, won’t take it. I’ll change him, still crabby. Then I’d swaddle him & he’d fight his swaddle but then will take his soother & very slowly fall asleep😂 geez🤦🏽‍♀️ hahah love him tho. He’s 3 months old in 2 days. ☺️

I think it gets harder as they get older in some way but some ways easier as they sleep through the night when they get older but then you have a full on toddler that can get in everywhere and can’t move your eyes off for a second without them getting into something😂 my mother in law tells me it gets harder as they get on soon they’ll be 18 and you’ll be worried about what they’re getting up to and what time there comming home! It’s just one of those things, I found routine is key in young children x

It’s stage has its difficulties. I just try and remind myself that it doesn’t last forever. They grow out of each stage and then have a different thing you have to figure out. I think 6 months to 1 year is the easier time. But this is my second baby who’s almost 3 months so maybe I won’t think that with two kids lol

I know what you mean! Mine is 3 weeks and has reflux and colic. Now that I’m home by myself during the day, it’s almost impossible to get anything done because all the baby wants is to be soothed, has a belly ache or spitting up. Thank goodness I have a wonderful husband that showers as soon as he gets home so he can take over for a little while for me to get things done. My 9 year old was a colicky baby but he was nothing like this one. It got better with him when he was 2 months.
