This is my first month without using any contraceptives, but only my second after coming off the pill/implant.

I’m experiencing days of period-style stirrings and cramps in the middle of my cycle. (I don’t normally experience bad cramping - hence calling hem stirrings). I’ve read it can be a part of ovulation, but I’ve never felt it before.

Could it be anything else? Or have I not felt it before due to the hormonal contraceptives?
