I’m 38+1 and they still haven’t checked to see if I’m dilated or anything like that? Is this normal?

The nurse always asks me prior to the doc coming in if I want to get checked.

My doctor did not check me. The only time I got checked was when I was in the hospital for high blood pressure. They just did it as a precaution.

I won’t be checked until 39 weeks according to my doctor.
