Pregnant again!

To make a long story short. I had 2 back to back miscarriages/chemical pregnancies 2 months in a row. I have been getting my period regularly and on April 24th when I was to get my period I took a test and it was super positive.. I took one the following day so the 25th it was still positive. This past Sunday I took a clear blue it was still blazing positive and just took a digital now and it says pregnant 3+. According to Glow I'm only 5 weeks 2 days. Does this make sense? Or am I further along then I thought. My periods are only ever 2 days long and never been "heavy" so I had what I thought was my period on the 22nd of March. Just curious as I've not made a doctor's apt yet since the last 2 times I did when I was this early and ended up having a miscarriage prior to my follow up visit.
