PTSD HELP
Well I'm assuming it's covered under PTSD. I get it for a number of events in my life. But today I was walking down my street and the smell of some trees gave me intense flash backs and a panic attack going back to summer 2013!
Anyone know any coping strategies for when these episodes hit? I know therapy is the long term solution, but any advice for the short run would be greatly appreciated!
I dont even live on the same street as back then and I've got music from that summer playing over and over in my head now 🤫
