Thank you everyone! We bought a Grace Extend2Fit and it fits perfectly in the middle. 2 adults can sit in the back also - not comfortably lol but can buckle the seatbelt lol. We didn't have to adjust the front seats - we are 5.6, 5.8.

Used to have a Civic. I didn’t use the middle seat for car seats though, just the two side ones. We had the Safety 1st 3 in 1 and it was okay. Could fit the diaper bag and groceries in the middle. 
My husband has a Honda Accord and it’s pretty much the same thing.

I have a Honda Civic too and am having a hard time finding a stroller system that won't take up the whole trunk.
