When buying a home what are things to look for and what are some things to ask? I am interested in purchasing a home the home is $113,600. I am wondering how much to save to actually purchase the home (I’m ONLY 20 so I don’t really know much about buying a home) my fiancé and I want to purchase this as soon as we can. For the price the house comes custom made to your personal liking and no matter how many bedrooms or bathrooms,a garage etc the price stays the same. Also we have the option to let the bank purchase it and we pay them back. (Would that be good?) Rent is $550 a month (utilities not included) we have 2 children and plan on expanding our family in the years to come. The landlord is so nice but I’m not really good at talking so I didn’t really know what to say to him lol.
