I have PCOS and I'm 31 weeks 4 days with our first. I tried clomid  a few times with no luck was getting ready to see a specialist hadn't had a chance too and wala found out I was pregnant with no help.

Go to the health food store and buy MACA ROOT. It helps with fertility issues. It's really cheap. Depending on the severity of your PCOS you might have to take it a few months before seeing results. Everybody is different. Make sure you don't drink or smoke when ttc and stay active. Good luck!
