How soon is too soon to test?

Question

I’m supposed to start my period in 5 days. Should I just wait until the day I’m expected to start? How many days before your missed period can you test? 
I’m extremely regular and I always start when the app says I’m going to. 
Which I think is a good sign?

I got a vvvfl 9dpo

I’m now 11 dpo and got these 2 faint lines

They’re getting darker so I’m assuming they’re true positives just very very early. I think it depends on the person, and the amount of hormones you’re producing as well as how soon you implanted but I’d say safe to try at 10-11 dpo, can’t hurt
