Red spots?

My baby is 6 weeks old and within the past few days she’s gotten these red bumps all over her face and even on her ears and scalp. I don’t think it’s baby acne but might be wrong, haven’t really put anything on her face and the last day or so it’s gotten much worse. Also any ideas on how to help it heal?

Mine had this, still gets it on and off and she’s 3 months . The dr said it’s either baby acne or it could be a heat rash. Just make sure she’s not too warm. She said baby acne is normal because babies still have a lot of moms hormones for a while so their skin reacts to it

My 4 weeks old has the same on his head, face and ears. Don't know what it is and what to do about it 😪 it's such a struggle getting a GP appointment here in the UK

Kinda looks like baby acne, especially if it's not a detergent, soap or other irritant on the skin. Ask your pediatrician

Put some breast milk on it!!

Hormones from breast milk cause baby acne. If it's only in that spot might be something else
