Menstrual Cup HELP
I’ve been trying for months with this OrganiCup (size A). I don’t really have an issue with inserting it. I feel it open and it’s fine for a few minutes. Only thing is after about 30mins to an hour, horrible cramps set in. Cramps so bad I can’t function and have to take it out. I thought this would be a great idea and good way to save money/produce less waste...but this hurts!!!
Anyone have any advice or tips?
