Help Me !!!

I bled for one day and now I’m just spotting brown. I’m on birth control. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not.. I have been stressing a lot lately so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I’m worried though. Anybody experienced anything similar or like this?
