Mirena IUD or Nexplanon Implant

when i give birth i’d like to breastfeed for as long as possible AND be protected from having another baby for a WHILE , which form of birth control do you ladies recommend , your experiences included !!! i’m going to see my dr next monday so i’ll ask her about it still i want to know how you ladies felt on these forms of birth control , i really don’t want the weight gain that comes from the implant 😭😭 any one have experience with either of these ?? and how was it for you ?
