I thought I was over morning sickness

I’m 18 weeks 5 days I haven’t had any morning sickness for about 4 weeks nothing. Then tonight I had dinner & it all came back up I brought everything up & also ended up with a blood nose half way through. Is this normal? Can it just re appear after nothing?
