I follow missconceptioncoach on Instagram and something that hit home that was posted “I’m done doubting myself and feeling that I am doing something wrong because it’s not my fault”
I feel like every month I wonder maybe I’m not eating enough of this or maybe I had too much coffee. But somethings are just beyond our control and we have to take a different course than the natural one to get pregnant.
