positive pregnancy test then a negative test result?

Has anybody gotten a positive pregnancy test and then they did another one the next day and read negative?

Answer

Yes. This happened to me about a year and a half ago.  We were not even TTC at the time but I was feeling nauseous and my Period  was late so I took a digital and it said positive. Bought a couple more tests of different brands and all were negative. I was not pregnant.  Its rare that you get a false positive but it does happen!
