Cramps from supplements?
I just started taking these supplements and have been noticing a lot of cramps and back pain. also headaches. Anyone experienced anything like this and does it mean it’s working ? I’m taking as directed on bottles.
I started 5 days before my period which was cycle day 62 and am on cycle day 6 . I stopped bleeding day 4
