9 year old brat

My 9 year old is so disrespectful i feel like im losing control over her she has an attitude and back talks... today she wasted her food twice and tried to hide it in the trash and when i got on to her and tried to tell her how lucky she is to have food and me to be cooking her food for her... she never listens i contantly have to be repeating myself....
