Help?

Just lost my 4th baby April 18th bleeding stopped after 5 days a week later I started ovulating. Trying but not really day 4 or 5 ovu. When should I start progesterone and will it delay my period of if I dont get pregnant? & what else is everyone taking? My protein s levels are low so I'm on lovenox. I stopped taking baby aspirin because I believe it cause me to have a bad egg. I take prenatals, vitamins E and D. Anything else? Sorry for the long post
