Back to pre-pregnancy weight ๐๐
Four months postpartum.
You guys. I gained 45lbs with my pregnancy. I was 148, went up to 193 and in the past six weeks I started a new nutrition program (no supplements, wraps, pills or whatever) and it just came off so fast. ๐ฑ๐ญ๐ the program uses intermittent fasting, counting macros, and carb cycling (I was taught how to do this at the beginning).
I just want you to know with the right nutrition it. Can. Be. So. Easy. Iโm eating 1900-2000 calories a day and breastfeeding! I still eat cake too ๐. There are only two weeks between each of these photos and the bottom one is me currently.
I just wanted to share because I donโt want you to feel lost and down like I was. Itโs a horrible feeling not fitting into your clothes anymore ๐ If youโre interested (itโs not my program but I donโt know if I can advertise programs on here?) let me know and Iโll DM you.
