Four months postpartum.

You guys. I gained 45lbs with my pregnancy. I was 148, went up to 193 and in the past six weeks I started a new nutrition program (no supplements, wraps, pills or whatever) and it just came off so fast. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ™Œ the program uses intermittent fasting, counting macros, and carb cycling (I was taught how to do this at the beginning).

I just want you to know with the right nutrition it. Can. Be. So. Easy. Iโ€™m eating 1900-2000 calories a day and breastfeeding! I still eat cake too ๐Ÿ˜‚. There are only two weeks between each of these photos and the bottom one is me currently.
