When did you start showing?? First time mommies

My husband and I have yet to announce our pregnancy to anyone except close family. 
So we are wanting to see how long we can go without anyone noticing. But I’m thinking about telling around 16 weeks if no one has figured it out by then..
What did yalls 16 week bumps look like?? How soon did it become obvious?? I’m at FTM

I announced at 15 weeks. I’m 19 now and BARELY showing. You can’t tell unless I wear something fitted.

I didn’t start showing at 16 weeks I just felt bloated and then my stomach went flat again. I’ll be 20 weeks Sunday and I am just now starting to show some which I still don’t think is very much! Everyone is different though!

I started showing around 15 weeks maybe earlier. (18 weeks in the picture) 
Announced my pregnancy on social media at 18 weeks.
