Help??

I got tested for blood work on Tuesday at my primary doctor to check if everything is running okay, and I got told it takes about a week for the results to come in.I called yesterday to ask if my results have came in and yes they haved , just the Doctor has to review them first. Its been 4 days and i dont know anything iam worried and over stressing. Does this seem okay to you guys??
