Acne-Breakouts

I've been off birth control for 9 months now. I've never really had breakouts too bad before but now my face just looks awful. I've tried several products for greasy skin and even used alcohol pads to dry it up. Nothing is working. I can't even use makeup to cover it up or I get a rash/burn look all over my face. I don't know what to do because I've never had anything like this before. I rather not get back on bc because it was giving me cysts and a lot of other problems.
