Swelling?

So the past three days I did stand more than normal having a yard sale in the heat and running a daycare and then going to a football game and my feet kept swelling and even when they weren't were sore from it earlier. Then this morning and again tonight my feet have become swollen and my hands have twice today too at different times even though all I've done today is rest and kept hydrated. Do you think just more rest and water or something I should call the doctor on?
