3 days late on period

I feel crampy and moody still with the usual PMS symptoms but I don't see any blood. I took my birth control late 3 days ago and I feel like I threw my hormones off. My vagina and cervix hurts time to time. I never had sex for the time being from last period to this one so I threw possible pregnancy out the window.
